§ 34-7. Bicycle sale.

It shall be the duty of every person who sells or transfers ownership of any bicycle to report the sale or transfer to the Police Department by returning the registration card to them together with the name and address of the person or the persons to whom the bicycle was sold or transferred within five days after such sale or transfer. It shall be the duty and responsibility of the person purchasing the bicycle or to whom a bicycle has been transferred to apply for a new license of a bicycle within seven days after the sale or transfer of the bicycle to said person.
