§ 34-8. Removal of license sticker.

No person shall willfully or maliciously remove, destroy, mutilate or alter the number on the frame of any bicycle license and no person shall remove, destroy, mutilate or alter any license sticker or registration card during the time such sticker or card is operative. The Police Department shall have the right to stamp numbers upon the frames of bicycles upon which no number can be found or on which the number is illegible or insufficient for the purposes of identification of said bicycles.
