§ 71-6. Master deed and restrictive covenants to be furnished.

The condominium project developer shall furnish the Township with the following: one copy of the approved and recorded master deed, and one copy of all restrictive covenants. The Master Deed shall be approved and recorded before any condominium units shall be sold, conveyed or leased in the condominium project.
