§ 71-1. Approval required.

Pursuant to authority conferred by law, including the Condominium Act (Public Act 59 of 1978, as amended), all condominium projects within the Township of Grosse Ile shall be approved by the Township Planning Commission and the Township Board. In determining whether to approve a condominium project, the Planning Commission shall consult with the Zoning Officer, Township Attorney, Township Engineer and Township Planner regarding the adequacy of the master deed, deed restrictions, utility systems and streets and layout and designs in compliance with all requirements of the Condominium Act, applicable state laws and the ordinances of the Township of Grosse Ile.
