§ 34-3. Applicable regulations.

Every person riding a bicycle upon a public sidewalk or roadway, or upon or in other public places or places open to the public, shall be granted all of the rights and shall be subject to all of the duties applicable to the driver of a vehicle pursuant to the traffic laws of the State of Michigan and the Township, except as to special regulations set forth in this chapter and except as to those provisions of said traffic laws which by their nature can have no reasonable application to bicycle operation and use.
