§ 34-1. Compliance required.

No person shall use or operate a bicycle upon any of the public roadways, sidewalks, or upon any path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles, or upon or in any other public places or places open to the public in the Township, except in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
