§ 278-6. Blowing, pushing or dumping snow into streets or public sidewalks.

No person shall blow, push, or dump snow into any street or public sidewalk. Any person who violates this section is responsible for municipal civil infraction and is also responsible for all costs incurred by the Township to remove the snow which the violator put onto the public sidewalk or street. These costs incurred by the Township are in addition to any fine imposed for said civil infraction.
